Troy Merrick is a quiet, soft-spoken guy from Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. But at work, he's a raging right-winger who goes by the name of The American Patriot. He works as a professional wrestler -- something he's wanted to do since he was a young teen.
But wrestling is a tough business. As he nears 30, Troy wonders how long he can keep it up -- how much more abuse his body can take, how badly the steroids have affected him, and if it's worth all the pain for the cheering of the fans.
